Privacy Policy
Effective June 29, 2026
This policy explains what data Manuscript Studio (Dadrian Greenidge) collects and how we use it. Manuscript Studio is a cloud service: your account and book content are stored on our servers so you can access them across sessions and devices.
What we collect
Account data: your email address and authentication details.
Book content: the outlines, chapters, formatting, and settings you create.
Usage data: a record of AI requests and credits consumed, used for metering and billing.
Payment data: handled by Paddle. We do not see or store your full card details — we receive only the subscription status and limited billing metadata.
How we use it
To provide and sync the service, generate AI drafts you request, meter credit usage, manage subscriptions, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell your data.
Service providers (subprocessors)
Supabase — authentication, database, and storage hosting for your account and book content.
OpenRouter and the underlying AI model providers — when you request an outline or draft, the relevant book context and your instructions are sent to generate the text.
Paddle — payment processing and tax handling as Merchant of Record.
AI processing note
Requesting an AI draft sends the relevant parts of your book (such as your brief, outline, and chapter text) to an AI provider to generate a response. Avoid entering sensitive personal information you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.
Retention and your choices
You can archive or delete any book from your shelf; deleting removes its content from your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We retain limited billing records as required for tax and accounting.
To exercise any of these rights, contact support@manuscriptstudiopro.com.
Cookies and local storage
We use only what the app needs: your authentication session and basic UI preferences (such as theme). We do not use advertising trackers.
