Refund Policy
Effective June 29, 2026
Manuscript Studio is a paid subscription billed monthly through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains how refunds work.
Before you subscribe
The landing page and interactive feature tour show the full writing, cover, and export workflow, so you can see what Manuscript Studio does before you pay. If you subscribe and it is not the right fit, the refund window below applies.
Subscription refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; cancellation keeps your paid access until the end of the current billing period and is not, by itself, a refund of the current period.
Credits
Monthly subscription credits are part of your plan and have no separate cash value; unused monthly credits do not roll over or get refunded.
How to request
Email support@manuscriptstudiopro.com with your account email and the charge in question. Buyer support is also available through Paddle, shown on your receipt.
